Image Boss! (no politics, no sexy pics) Have fun. ❤️

Unno. Unless they stupidly snap together with no fasteners or anything, I doubt it.

Gotta pander to the lowest common denominator.

I had one, with all the loose nuts and screws, with the nice sharp-cornered metal suitcase and everything.

Wonder if it’s still up in the attic or something, or if some 85 threw it out on me.

That and the Radio Shack electronic kits were the bomb.

Reminds me of Meccano, I wonder which came first lol!
I agree kids NEED to learn with their hands, and this sort of thing really helps young engineer minds, like Lego - but Lego these days is a joke, although it needed to go along the licensing route to stay afloat, it’s lost it’s way in my opinion pandering to Mario etc, and all the thousands of curved bricks etc.
Lego was one of my favourite toys, at least it got the most use.
Action man was probably top of the list though. The SAS one was my favourite, closely followed by the Paratrooper - you can get them now……but they don’t come with weapons of any sort (wtf)

This recent advert for Moneysupermarket was great dunno if you got it elsewhere!

Action jack used to have a lot of time too as they were cheap….

Favorite outdoor toy, only complaint is that rubberband breaks too fast.

My first video game system, the Atari 2600.

OMG I had one of those too, was my first video game.
Did you play super cobra?

Nope...

I've never even heard of Super Cobra.

A family that we are friends with had just about every Atari 2600 and Commodore 64 game available (in the 1980s.)

They probably had Super Cobra.

Speaking of which, my favorite toy when I was a kid was our Commodore 64.

It was our first computer, though we usually used it for games.

This was the SHIT. AA battery eater.

Ok, I’m gonna choose Light bringer, just because I think all kids should be starting out with this. Second is RC with the Atari!

Oy! All hail the new Image King! :crown:

Okay, something out of the ordinary: propellers. Anything with. Desk-fans, submarine screws, wind turbines, ducted turbofan engines, whatever.

Propellers EH ? Does a hover Bike count ? courtesy of Youtuber “Colin Furze”

Also heres the accompanying video of it in action.

Worlds biggest 107m wind turbine blade - LM 107.0 P

World’s biggest ship propeller - 110 tonnes and roughly 10 m across

Not the largest, but perhaps the most colorful…

Damn, more tough choices. Huge propellers, little propellers (love that one, too, ’cause I had a few of those model prop-planes), but I gotta go with the landspeeder, if only ’cause I want one desperately.

Take it away, Sou.

<tap, tap> This thing on?

Runner-up would be NB with the prop+engine, so youse can duke it out as to who wins. First taker gets it, I guess.
