[WTS, Limited Quantity] 40/80w 2828 COBs R9080

I have ordered a sample of 2828 COBs for CRI testing and I ordered more than I actually needed. So I will let some of them find a new home, if you are interested.

Stats:

Voltage: 34-38v

Amperage: 1200-2400mA

Efficiency: ~100lm/w @40w (1.2A), ~80lm/w @80w (2.4A).

CRI: R9080, slightly above B.B.L.

Output at 40w: ~4000lm

Output at 80w: ~7200lm

I will call these: 2828-35k-40-01 / 2828-50k-40-01 for 3500k and 5000k, respectively.

I have up to 20 for each CCT available, this is a limited run and I do not have plan for more of these (at least for now). Ask me about the availability first.

Pricing is $8.5/ea, fees included.

Shipping -- same as https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/58510

"Sometimes I forget it on because I think it's the sun lighting up the room"

1 x 3500 and 1 x 5000 please

Thank you.

Out of curiosity, what sort of driver would you need for one of these things?

You just need constant current (e.g. MEANWELL) drivers that can handle up to 36-40v (e.g. 27-40v constant current driver) with appropriate ampere rating to drive these.

Similar deal with the 100w floodlight COB and its drivers.
