Gute Besserung, Lexel!

Good to see you back.

Welcome back Lex

Welcome back. We missed you.

At least you’re alive and kicking!
No corona issues or whatsoever.

Stay safe and easy on Lexel

“Burnout” I can totally relate to that, Glad you`re making a recovery though!

Take it easy.
Deadlines are deadly.

Welcome back and get well soon!

Welcome back!

I recommend Sam-E for depression… it changes the glass from half empty, to half full.

Welcome back Lexel. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Take care and I hope you’re back to 100% soon.

Good to have you back Lexel :+1:

I’m really happy you’re back Lexel.

I’m saddened to hear that you have had to deal with personal issues like that. Depression can be worse than being physically ill. I feel mental health is even more important than physical health, as it takes a good mental condition to be able to deal with physical issues. I noted your absence here and was concerned, but did not know why. It can be difficult to even discuss at times. Take care; all my best wishes to you.

Often the pursuit of perfection and stress lead to depression.
My advice is restart in small steps from the simple things.
Also walking in nature help a lot mind and body

Well said. +1

Love, respect, and best wishes from across the pond.

PS. Writing a diary changed my life when I was at my worst about a year or so ago… I struggl(ed) with OCD, depression, and bipolar disorder. This combination really could put me in a spiral at any moment. Work stress, and losing my father had me at the edge for many months. Writing my thoughts down really helped give my inner voice ‘pull’ and allowed me to self regulate so much better. I don’t know if any of this helps, but I hope you find your way out of this soon!

I too wish you all the best and as much of a recovery as one can hope for from these things.
Try to take good care of yourself. When it comes down to it, that is the only person you absolutely need in order to survive.

Glad to see you back.

Been there so i can say great move you did here.

Nice to see your back. Take it easy.

Glad to see you’re back. Obviously a tough situation but I hope for the best for you.

Welcome back, Lexel!

I take psych meds for depression and anxiety, and they work great for me.

(I believe that getting on the right meds for an individual is crucial.)
