Yeah, wait until you realize you could have bought a second or third house with the cash you have spent on a collection. Just remember you just need one more….
This is really a knife where I don’t know if I like or dislike the “second nail nick” groove or whatever that is…
If my wife was an office clerk I’d gift her the lamp though, in German Tippse (from tippen/to type) is a not too nice term for that kind of ink pissers
I got a Benchmade Bugout and love it. Decided to try a Mini Bugout and it’s just too small, not a fan.
Then I tried the Mini Crooked River since it’s closer to the full-size Bugout but just did not like it in hand.
Just my opinion, of course, but figured someone might like to know.
Breaking in my new arrival today. As much as I admire the real thing, I can’t bring myself to spend $500+ on it. If I did spend that much, I would never carry it. So here’s second best at around 15% the cost with no qualms about using and carrying it.
It’s a clone of the Spyderco Slysz Bowie. The genuine article retailed for about $200 a few years ago, but was discontinued due to slow sales. After it was discontinued, the secondary market became ridiculous. Used examples are selling for $450-600, new ones might fetch more than that. As much as I like the aesthetics and ergonomics, I can’t bring myself to spend more than $400 for what’s really a basic knife.
