Negative experience with NealsGadgets

Sounds like Neal is having trouble shipping to Russia and Poland, maybe a labeling or language issue. But not responding is a business killer. You guys have helped me to know where not to buy. Thanks :wink:

I had to open a dispute on PayPal. After a week of dispute, Neal returned the money and said the item was out of stock.
Two months have passed, I wrote many letters to Neal, all without answers. Is it really impossible to inform the buyer that there is no product in two months and propose solutions. Because of Nealā€™s silence, I have a lot of negative emotions about his work. This could have been avoided simply by talking to the customer.

I too just opened a dispute. No answers for 2 months. 9 unanswered emails, 5 unanswered FB messagesā€¦ I dont mind a delay, I can be patient, but at least communicate with me.

And the worst part is, Iā€™ve ordered from Neal a couple times with no issues before. Now Iā€™ll be thinking twice before ordering from him in the future.

So just to be fair, I recently had a very positive experience buying from Neal. (all of mine have beenā€¦)

I ordered a Fire Foxes FF5 on 4 Oct, shipped on 9 Oct and received 16 Oct. Not bad when itā€™s coming from China in the middle of a global pandemic

The light is incredible although the accessories werenā€™t packaged very well ā€“ there were some random pieces of what looked like paracord and the extra gaskets and stuff were just tossed in the box

Will def buy from Neal again. This is like the 3rd or 4th time Iā€™ve bought from him

I think all negative complaints about NG, should also be posted on the ā€œPositive NGā€ thread.

You know, since were trying to be fair, and keep all future buyers informed.

I never bought from NG but have followed both threads and have seen their behavior in other deals.
Balancing the positive and negativeā€¦ I would think about it many times before buying something from him.
NG would have to totally change his behaviorā€¦ Reminds me of CNQG (Ric-CN), with whom I had dealings.

i almost bought a vapcell charger from him, but found it on aliexpress for cheaper. hopefully it works out.

it sounds like hes legit, he just needs to hire someone else with good english skills to dedicate to customer service, lack of communication is quite the killer of business. im guessing his profit margin isnt particularly high, so he wants to do everything himself.

Yes it is funy to read positive thread, they ask him and he answers) And he is the same man ignoring me during two month, and ignoring paypal disput during 2 weeks)

In any case, I will continue to shop from him. If he doesnā€™t ship my orders, kick him by Paypal)

I ordered a Nightwatch NSX4 a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing from him.
No updates, no replies to my emails and no reaction on my request through Paypal.
What is the deal here?

If the number of purchases is big enough chances will also go up for something to go wrong or "slip through the cracks" ......

You could even call it the downside of success as long as the overall majority goes smoothly that is ....

Send him a message via Facebook? He usually responds quickly. He provided a refund when I asked. He didnā€™t have the RRT01 in stock.

Youā€™re probably better off getting the charger from Vapcellā€™s official store on AliExpress or their Alibaba. They do flash sales sometimes. :slight_smile:

In mid-October, I ordered Imalent MS03 from him, but for 2 weeks I did not receive any response from him. I emailed him many times, but got no response. The only way to get the money back was to create a claim via PayPal. I will never go to this store again, and I donā€™t recommend it to anyone.

I dont use facebook. I send him 3 emails. He did not answer even in PP dispute and claim. Itā€™s the first time Iā€™ve seen such a stupid seller in ten years of online shopping.

Man sorry you guys are having a rough time with Nealā€™s store. I ordered this light on 31 October and when I buy from him, I set my expectation that Iā€™ll get it when I get it. Iā€™ll post back when I receive so others will have an idea of timeframe

I placed an ordered with Nealā€™s gadgets on 3 October, it was shipped on 15 October and I received it 23 October. It could have been shipped quicker but no complains otherwise. I did not try to contact him so canā€™t say anything about that.
