The last light I ordered from Skilhunt, on Amazon, worked for a week and then took a dump. I tried to return it for a replacement but, they only offered a refund. Then I never heard nothing from them. Thought I might but, I was mistaken.
I was excited about the updated M200 and loved the alternative UI.

yes im looking, and im a little confused as to how sale works on your site
on flash sale page, it says the E3A is on sale from $9.80
then after navigating to the product page, realizing that prices do not auto update when you select different options, i added every single combination into my cart , and not a single one is $9.80, the lowest is $13.35, is there some magical option hidden somewhere that i failed to find that sells for $9.80?
Red, blue, black colors, in CW, are $9.8

Seems to be The Amazon Way. Refunds are easy, replacements can get messy.
There were quite a few things where I strongly preferred a replacement vs refund (eg, one-time-use vipons), and all sellers said they could only do a refund.

But they are not. I showed the screenshot of adding them all in cart, none of them is $9.8. Can you show me how to get that price?

$9.80 USD
The website detected that I’m in Australia and displayed a price in AUD.
Perhaps the $13 is CAD for Canada

Yeah it was a bummer. I didn’t really want a refund but that was all that was offered. I was so excited about the light, I just got on Amazon and paid full price. LOL I didn’t care how much it cost. Oh well, it’s okay. That is the only Skilhunt light that I have ever had stop working. Nobody’s perfect I reckon.

Just checked, sorry for that. That was Amazon’s automatic refund, we can’t control or change that.
