Help me pick between these 18650 batteries

Hello all,
It’s been very long time since I posted, I did a quick search up on 18650 battery for best all around performances but mainly for maximum power/ brightness for my flashlights. So far these are what I am thinking:

Sony VTC5A
Sony VTC5D
Molicel/NPE INR-P26A
Samsung 30Q

Which one would you guys choose?
Are there any new brands or line up that’s doing as good or better than those listed above?

Edit:
I have a HaikeLite MT03 modded with XHP70 LED that does 23k lumens and I also got a modded HaikeLite MT09R I believe it’s doing around 18k lumens, currently using Sony VTC6 for MT03 and Samsung 30Q.
I want to get more battery is because a friend want to buy some batteries for his MT09R that he just got and I want a set of spare for myself too

They are all excellent energy cells. The 30q will have the highest capacity 3000mAh, but is only good for max 10A continuous and 15A for short periods. The vtc5A and P26 are both 2500-2600mAh rated and excellent for current over 15A continuous and 25A for short periods. Some argue the P26 is better, but I’m very fond of Sony Murata cells. I’m not familiar with the vtc5D.

If you only need 10A max, go with the Sanyo 18650GA or Samsung 35E. If you need 10+A but under 15A, 30Q is best. If you’re doing an 18650 light that draws 15A or 20A on turbo, vtc6 will give you more runtime (to a point).

Unless you’ve got a screamer of a light where you’re trying to tweak the best numbers registered on a meter or something, they’ll all work fine. Any differences won’t even be noticeable side-by-side with the exact same light but different cells.

Even with a regular tubelight, if one cell gets you 1100lm and another gets you 1300lm, you won’t notice any visible difference.

Now, if you do have a light that draws something like 20A-30A, you’ll want a cell that can handle that better.

Me? Unless I got a light on the fringes like my MT09R (using VTCs of some sort, forgot which), I’m fine with 30Qs for pretty much everything else.

Headlamps and smaller lights that aren’t so high-strung, I’ll even toss in some laptop-pulls.

Oh yeh, you didn’t say what light(s) you’d be using them in.

Thanks! I am going to be using them in my MT03 modded with XHP70 LED that does 23k lumens and I also got a modded MT09R I believe it’s doing around 18k lumens
And I am currently using Sony VTC6 for the MT03 and 30Q for the MT09R

I will edit this info on to the original post

I am actually leaning toward the Sony brand too… I guess it’s because they have established a good reputation on these cells… The P26 I heard great things and it’s got good pricing… I guess the main reason I made this post is to have people’s opinion on these and hopefully to learn new cell line up that I haven’t heard of

I use Sony/Murata 5As in my Emisar D4/D4V2 lights.

15-18 amps don’t like to play around.
