I have everything scripted so it only takes 10 minutes or so per week to insert the interested parties as well as updating the lists. The real work was in setting everything up when we did the LT lantern project but now new projects can be maintained fairly easily.

If anyone wants to create an interest list for any new projects, flashlights or not, I can send you all my scripts. A bit of Oracle knowledge is required but nothing too much since it’s mostly a matter of running some scripts. And Oracle Express is free to download and use.
