What is the status on potentially dangerous overcharging on the C3?

Ooooops, choose the wrong ASIN by mistakes.
Can't believe I have made such a stupid mistake. The code has correct to the right C3 that has $3 clip coupon plus 20% OFF and another 20% OFF for the holster when ordering them together.

no i meant private message on here REGARDING amazon.ca, not ON amazon.ca, but its ok, you replied this morning.
Light works well, but since this is a mechanical clicky tail switch, the charge port in the head only works if the light is turned on. Instructions say to turn off the light to use the charge port, but it the switch is off, there is no electrical path to the battery.
