It must be a bit brighter than the Yuji led, see the chart below that I made a while ago, but we are still talking a few lumen from a 5mm led, so do not expect too much.

Picked up a total of 19 of these C01 (including 4 of the red version) on behalf of my own collection, for a couple of friends, and for Christmas gifts. Not sure if this iteration of C01 had an interest list, but Iām fairly sure I expressed interest earlier in the thread, so I wanted to give support and confirm that a purchase was made.
Really appreciate Sofirn being active here on BLF and making product decisions based upon our feedback. Canāt wait to receive them!

Does this mean my lights are being shipped by very slow Chinese Junk?
Have you tried entering the tracking number on a tracking site, like https://www.17track.net?

I also use this site for tracking and it provides some information that 17track doesnāt show:
To USA buyers, when track on 17track.net, you need to change the carrier to āDHL ecommerce USā, while the default is USPS which give only a receving information.

I have to ask, does the C01 5mm āSophiaā Led version come with no glass lens?
Mine arrived today and works great, but I was wondering about the lack of a lens and an unpolished Alu āreflectorā that you can touch becauseā¦ no glass!
Thatās the way they are conceived.
The C01S has an SST-20 āpowerā-led and a TIR optic.
The C01 has a 5mm led, sticking out of a āconeā.
Parts of the two heads are not interchangeable.
LOL Yup, that about describes it perfectly! 
Around the base of the 5mm led, in a groove, is a o-ring to waterproof the interior of the head.

I did actually wonder if it had any sort of IPX rating or at least dust resistance for EDC use.
Maybe Djozzās son can do another penetration test on the playground again? According to the first test C01 seems to sustain even toughest abuse. :smiling_imp:
yes, and that light was not potted, but he did not test it under waterā¦

I seek confirmation that the new unpotted C01, does in fact have the O ring around the LEDā¦
that was the original first release of the C01, that had been potted with a material that did not set up hard, so Unheard repotted hisā¦ He found no O ring
If the new batch has no o-ring there I will be rather disappointed, but the C01 will not immediately fail after water has come in:
I wish my observation could be backed up by others who received an early C01. Thus far I have to trust my memory, kept in a 53yo brain. Djozz makes me a little unsure bout that.
We will know when someone receives their order. Mine have not left the sofirn warehouse if I understand the tracking well.
