I made an order a month ago for two batteries. My package arrived the other day. One battery and one old Geoman style light. I tried to contact Kaidomain. No answer so far. Only way that I have been able to get in touch is via their contact page.
Good luck with their customer service. I’m having issues getting a LH351D P60 module re-sent as they sent the wrong one (1 mode instead of 3/5 mode) Quite disappointing given the very positive review I wrote of the E6 with Triple XP-E Colour drop-in.
I got one of those which arrived with one LED dead, but they did respond and replaced it.
Maybe because Im a long time customer, maybe I just won the customer service lottery.
Worse comes to worse, you can contact PayPal to get it corrected. I’ve had very good success with Kaidomain, but mistakes can happen.
Last year I have also problem with defective XHP50.2 LED which I order from them. They respond to my problem maybe for about some days later. After that they resend me replacement of my LED. With most chinese sellers comunication often is very slow. You may need to wait a few days before someone contact you.
Glad I found this thread. Sets my mind at ease a bit.
I browsed their site and there wasn’t enough of interest to me to warrant creating an account. So I bought a host and checked out as a guest. A week later still no shipping confirmation email. I wrote to ask and they haven’t responded. That isn’t good customer service.
My order took 1 month to process and ship. Still waiting it’s been 1 month since it left China so it’s on that slow boat we all know about.
I even got an email asking for extra details i had not put in the order.
I have been waiting since January for my order from Kaidomain, it said that was processed but has not been shipped as yet.
I had to cancel an order the end of last year because they only shipped half the order.
No answer from emails whatsoever. I did get an email after I filed a paypal claim saying to if I need help with another order to email them. I did place another order near the end of January 2022 and got a an email 3 weeks later saying order was processed but still no update on shipping.
I sent numerous emails but no answer, anyone has recent experience with them?

I am from 04.20.2022. I am waiting for my order from Kaidomain, it says that it has been processed, but not shipped yet.
I have sent many emails but no response, does anyone have recent experience with them?
Have you paid for shipping or does your order qualify for free shipping?
The last time this happened to me, I thought it included free shipping, but my order wasn’t expensive enough for the free shipping.

My last two orders from Kaidomain took 1 1/2 weeks to ship even though I paid for the express upgrade. In both cases I got the impression it was probably a cheap item I threw in being out of stock and holding up the entire shipment, but it was impossible to get in touch with them until the order had shipped. I didn’t communicate with them but I placed an order for a lot of small parts from them about the same time you placed your order. It just arrived in the US a few days ago. They’re a little slow to process orders and then send a shipping notice…and then actually getting moving takes some more time. It’s always been that way for me when I order from them. But everything has always arrived and they do a wonderful job with packing and making sure all items are there.
Is “White Russia”….Russia? If so, I wonder if they might have some logistical problems with shipping to you, given the current affairs. Or it’s possible that they are out of stock of something but expect to have it soon and are waiting for that.
Also, many areas in China are still on covid-19 lockdown, or come and go with it. I have four aliexpress orders on the way, three of which were shipped three weeks ago - one just arrived and the other two have been delayed repeatedly at the airports because of their situation right now. On parcel tracking information there are different “reasons” but ultimately it means that the planes are not flying as much and parcels are backlogged waiting to get a flight. That happened a lot in 2020 also but everything eventually made it through.
Order more than 15$ . With free shipping.

I'm not going to further comment on Belarus because what I want to say is somewhat politically controversial. 
The last time I bought a battery from KD, it took a long time for my order to be shipped. They stuck it in a cheapo non-working flashlight in order to ship it along with the other items I ordered.
Maybe that’s why it’s taking so long for your order to ship Witallen?
Ah, Belarus! I had no idea about the translation…did a lot of reading this afternoon about Belarus and its history. So much history!
I don’t know if that might be a problem now, too…maybe so. I’m sure KD will take care of you however they can, and maybe Ban will reply to you here soon.
Not long ago I bought a little 10x loupe magnifier made by Belomo and read about their history and the huge company they have become. Nice piece of glass comparable to some from Japan but much lower cost, I like it!
