Is your account old / with many orders / platinum+ ?
I’ve had it since 2016. 40 orders. Gold 273/500 as of a month or so ago.
Weird. I get that error too on my main account, which is very old and has many orders.
But on new accounts the $20 is always given.
I think the oldest account I tried, except my main, was from one year ago
I have the same problem… I tried all the options I had nothing worked,always the same error…
