Thanks, that’s where I got it wrong.
Just received the warm model. Ordered from armytek.com with BLF35 20% discount. 9 days delivery to the UK, DHL, got stung by import duty too
I kinda wish they had kept the same UI as the V3.
I cannot figure out how to switch between Turbo 1 and Turbo 2? Is it even possible? Can someone help?
Edit: Just testing ‘Advanced type’ which is more like the V3 UI, it seems like it has 3 turbo modes which is not what the manual states? I’m confused
Maximum 3 is 2,500 lumens for 30 sec
Maximum 2 is 1,750 lumens for 2 min
Maximum 1 is 870 lumens for 9 min
I find this info on a PDF from ArmyTek. ( I changed the term Turbo for Maximum because there is not such thing as turbo on a flashlight this not an engine ).
Shipping to me is $25-35. Ugh.
I had to order more than two to have free shipping. I have friends who asked me for one, then the shipping fee problem was resolved. It is 25$USD fee for me in Quebec, Canada when the total amount of the order is less than 120$USD.
I got a promotional email from Armytek for a secret Black Friday sale, only good for the next 8-ish hours.
They have a promo code: “BFSALE” for 40% off Wizard C2 Pro. Not sure if it will work on everything on armytek.com.
I was able to the get the price of $80 down to $48 not including shipping.
Hows the tint?
wow this code worked for the armytekstore.de ( but only resulted in a 30% discount ) and had over 100 unused points. So I just ordered the Wiz C2 and only paid for the shipping
We are very pleased that you like it. Thanks
Has anyone figured out the lockout mode on this one?
I don’t see it listed in the manual.
Thought the only lockout is mechanical and requires the tailcap to be twisted loose 1/4 turn but I could be wrong
Does anyone know if the new and faster charger works with all Armytek lights that have the older magnetic charging system?
That is what I have been doing. It seems ridiculous. I’m thinking I should have bought a Zebralight.
Zebralight doesn’t have electronic lockout either if that’s an important feature to you.
Frankly I only trust e-lock as a sort of “standby” anyway, if a light is going in my bag the tail is unscrewed or the cell is removed if the former doesn’t lock it.
I am using it as my EDC carry with the pocket clip. I have been unscrewing the tail 1/4 turn. Every time I remove it from my pocket for use, I have to tighten the base and untighten once returned to my pants.
I can’t imagine it is designed to be used this way?
For what it’s worth I have a Wizard Nichia Pro and it has never turned on in my pocket thankfully. Have it in the same pocket as my phone and no issues in the past few months

IMHO unlocking electronically is no faster or any less annoying. I carry both a Wizard and H600 frequently and don’t lock either out.
You guys must value your balls a lot less than I do.
I recently had an O’Light Warrior turn on in my pants and it burned a hole in them. The ArmyTek is much more powerful.
I think that the best use for this is as a headlight, and not as an edc pocket carry then…

I feel like triple-clicking the Wizard would be unlikely for me. Zebras have recessed switches and mine are set to double-click for high/turbo so same deal.
I never turn off either directly from the highest mode so it won’t be saved to memory.
If you don't want to twist loose the cap 1/4 turn let your last setting at Firefly 1 which is good for 200 days ( more than six months ). When you take your Wizard out of your pocket you have only to click twice to have let say Main 3 at 370 lumens ( the last setting you used ).
I really don't consider having my Wizard with me in me in any of my pockets ( to big and to heavy, this is not a key chain flashlight ) and I have it with me for the last five years all day long at hand. I use the Prime C2 holster and had it on my belt. I use to be a Policeman in Montreal QC Canada and it is less heavy than a revolver or a pistol, I feel nothing at all and my Wizard is there ready to be used with the head band at hand not to far or again in a small pouch on my belt.
Because the Wizard C2 Pro v4 XHP50.2 has a larger and more sensitive ON/OFF switch, this multi-flashlight is more likely to go ON inadvertently. Remember the trick : Firefly 1 and you are in business !
