What do you think of it? Comment below.

I don’t dive, but that is a neat looking light.

2 hours on turbo/2500lmn? Dang

I don’t dive either. But IMHO everybody who does caving etc. should have a dive light in their backpack. At least as some form of backup. And if you don’t need it, it is a very safe (though expensive) way of storing your spare batteries.

I dive and use the D26 as a backup light.

I wish they would make a mid size triple XHP 70.2 light, with constant water cooling it should never overheat

Thanks for liking the design.

Specification for D26 2500:

The lock feature is an interesting idea - plenty of lights have a lock-off feature, but I haven’t seen one with a lock-on before.
I guess an actual diver would have to attest to how handy that might be, though.

I (used to) dive… until COVID. Haven’t gone down this year anyway

I don’t understand why higher lumen capable dive lights still use 6k or higher leds. As a recreational diver (most divers) I want better rendering (closer to 5k) with more flood than throw, and… regulated output is a must have.

But I can see where certain divers would benefit from this light so good luck!

I second to this idea. Actually I am searching for 1 or 2x26650 diving light with xhp70.2 emitters.

Crap, fair point, guess I’ll buy myself some diving-lights in the future then :innocent:

my wife and I have 5 of these in the short version. they are great dive lights, and have performed flawlessly in 40°F water at 110 ft depth. highly recommended as a great bang for the buck option.

Thanks for your great supports on xtar dive lights.
