Best Current Deal on Protected 14500s?

I’d like to pick up a couple of protected 14500 cells and would like decent quality cells at a great price.

I’m thinking the Fenix ARB-L14-800 might be a good choice: link

They list at $7.95 each at the Fenix Store but Black Friday sale is 20% off with free shipping and no tax, so for a pair it would come out to $12.72 total.

I’d appreciate any opinions on this cell and deal, or any better ones.
