Overview: All Eneloop batteries 2005-2024

On a different subject wish the light makers would make an AA thrower. I posted something on nitecore Facebook page to make something that uses these smaller leds like Manker MC13 or Acebeam E10. Wouldn’t require a whole lot of power 4AA should do it. Guess I will continue to ask till someone brings out something for us who don’t use lithium cells. Seems all the innovation goes into lithium but most folks don’t use them in the general population.

MoreLumens, I think those are fake as well. All AAA eneloops have a naked 'behind' there should be a 1mm edge without a wrapper.

Like in this picture: https://www.bazaargadgets.com/image/catalog//products/lights/flashlight/4pcsEneloopBK-4HCCA4CAAA800mAhRechargeableBattery-SKUspanitemprop194422-descriptionImage4.jpg

Besides that, the 950Min is not correct, and the BK 4CCA is for the American market, and the rest of the wrapper shows EU, and that combination is incorrect....
They seemed to have mixed up quite a few things, lol.

Okay, I hope the battery still performs well. curious to know how much capacity it has

So, the higher priced fakes are better?

Well…beneath the plastic wrapper is a metal tube, and physically it should hold up just fine.
But I think the entire casing of the battery is the negative terminal, so you’d have to be mindful of anything metal causing a short.

I also don't know why they do that. It's not so hard.

But it might be something that they can't get sued for. If they do a 1 on 1 copy, they might get sued :)

Just guessing

Excellent ! I always buy Panasonic Eneloop Lite AAA at VinMart!

Just got another pack of AAA lites today from Lithuania. With AA use regular white enelopes. Have no love for the cells that max out capacity.

Why bother? There’s plenty of people willing to buy fakes off of sites owned by the CCP.

Anyone know how the current AmazonBasics AAA High Capacity compare to Eneloop Pro? The description used to say “Made In Japan” (Eneloop rewraps) but they don’t list that anymore. One recent comment says their’s were made in China. I’m guessing they’re not rewraps of the Pro’s anyway seeing as the rated capacities don’t match any version of the Pro.

Do we know something about brown ikea 2450?

and also brown ikea 750

Mentioned them here: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/55915

Does anybody know what happened to Nkon.nl ?
I can’t open their website for a few weeks now.

https://www.nkon.nl/ is working fine for me. Do you have some privacy add-on in your browser that’s blocking it? Try a different browser and/or device.

Working fine for me as well.

Thanks… somehow it works now… same browser and I even clicked the same bookmark. Weird.

How important is the wrapper on eneloop? If starting to wear out is there a chance of short?

Wrappers are important on all batteries in my opinion. But it also depends on the application. If it doesn't have metal stuff that can touch the cannister, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Hi everyone, I am trying to recharge my Eneloop batteries with my BC1000 battery charger but a battery is not recognized and the display shows “null” as if the battery was not there. Should I throw the battery away or can I get it back somehow? It’s a “botanic edition” and I’m a little sorry … thanks in advance.

With all your cells or just one ? It does that if the voltage is below 0.9V. if you have another charger you can try to put it in it so that it raises the cell’s voltage above 0.9V (if it doesn’t have this type of protection), then put it in the BC1000. Or you can parallel it with another cell for a short moment, preferably not a fully charged one to not get a too high current.
