Sigh…. I also have been ordering from banggood for a good decade, YES cause post count means a lot right ? I’m what you could call a lurker/refugee from CPF.
Also whats with the rude attitude and treatment ? All I said was not everyone shares your opinion about Banggood and you flip and start interjecting and derailing the original conversation.

I think they do pretty well, or i should say they aways have by me. I am in the long wait game for a couple new releases now and will be for a couple months more. Id rather wait and have the light FINISHED then it be rushed to market and SUCK. also, Banggood has nothing to do with the manufacturer not having the light ready for shipment. I will admit i’m new to BG and flashlights, but i am not new to how corporations operate. Does Banggood manufacture flashlights? I always envisioned BG as like Amazon, where they have 3rd party sellers or sometimes do sell product direct themselves, but they are not literally manufacturing the product (although Amazon does (kind of) do that now). I think you meant to say Astrolux sucks (if you were referring to the delays of the release), and if that is what you’re saying then i’m going out on a limb to say NO ONE in this thread will agree with you. nevertheless, Banggood is not to blame. i’m sure they want another delay about as much as you do.
Base on our records for the past 5 years, December production and shipping are always slower than other months. Partly due to raw material shortages, manpower, and large volume of goods to process for shipping. Do factor in at least 2 more weeks for shipping if you ordered at the end of Nov from China.
I got an email today from BG stating that I will get 50 or 100 BG points when my FT02S arrives, as compensation for the long shipment delay.
What is the dollar value of 100 BG points? Can I apply it to ANY future BG order? Or, is it not good for items that are on promotion or on sale?
I ask here, because I will more than likely get faster answers to the questions, rather than emailing BG directly. I like BG by the way. They have been the best service compared to AX and FT.
Also, you can’t use the points on an item with a flash sale or promo tag. That isn’t mentioned in the first link.
EDIT: There’s also this in the same email: “In case you do not want compensation and want to request a full refund of your order, please click here”. Looks like they’re offering easy refunds because of the delay.
