I have been waiting since april ( i got into this hobby, technically high output lights, in january) to see the D4sv2 in green again. I have a gray sst20, almost bought the w2 recently as i have the d4v2 w2 from hank and its awesome, and the d4sv2 is still one of my favorite lights. i have meailed hank a couple times about bringing back the green body d4sv2, and he said it wouldnt happen. im shocked to see the above comments that it is coming back.
I emailed Hank on Dec 6 asking about the cyan and he said, “ The cyan D4S V2 will be back by next month.”
green and cyan are the colors that always sells out… not sure if he really willl bring those back ? is sad
It is sad… I have seen enough interest on BLF for it to seem worthwhile for him to bring back the colors for D4s V2… unless he is planning something else to fill that spot. I would be happy either way 
A copper one would be tasty too…
I was perfectly fine with the Emisar Gray, a very good body color - but I would also welcome Green.

well i would hope he wouldn’t ONLY release a copper version lol. Im hoping for green ano really, not in my budget right now to pay the extra for copper. that is usually my biggest reason for not buying copper. anyway, we will see…

Had been saving to pull the trigger on D4V2 with Nichia 219C, but it’s not available for months. I had contacted Hank and he said it (Nichia 219C) was discontinued.
Do you know what the best battery for the d4sv2 is . Is it flattop or button. Is even a button top 26650. Thanks
