"Best"c8 with osram

I see a bunch of C8s with osram. I was wondering which one has the best throw, and good ” software” to run it.

Considering its using a C8 host they should all perform roughly the same with a variance of +/- 5% for margin of error as for the UI its all personal preference, for a thrower I prefer a simple UI that on / off with a moon, low, mid and, high since I don’t plan nor like blinky modes for a thrower.

From my very limited experience, I would say go with the Convoy directly from Simon. Some of the variants out there only have a 2.8 amp driver, the Convoy uses a 4.8 amp which can put the osram emitter in the sweet spot. You can go with either the 12 mode biscotti ui or the simple 4 mode.
