Tough choice. I really like the Wowtac’s regulated 1500 lumen high mode for 1.5 hours. IF25A is a compact Anduril with a nice beam. Decisions, decisions. I was trying to decide the same thing almost only it was SP33 V3 vs IF25A. I’m afraid you will have to get both.

PS : The A5 is $10 off right now on Amazon.

This is one of the tougher polls!
A hard choice, but I went with the WOWTAC A5.

I’d go with the IF25A due to the Anduríl UI and the slimmer 21700 battery.
Fits better in my pocket as the base goes along the side of my wallet, and the head has a bit more room on top.

Currently using a FireFlies E07 as EDC and it’s about the largest I’d go.
Most likely a 26650 tail would be too wide for my taste. I do like the XHP 70 though, especially the high CRI in my Zebralight SC700d.

Decisions, decisions…

The IF25A is my EDC. I don’t think I would pocket carry a 26650 light, and the I doubt I would like the beam and color from the XHP 70 as much as I love my IF25A’s 4000K.

The IF25A, definitely. I have both it and the SP33. The IF25A is my EDC. I haven’t used the SP33 in a while, and actually pulled the cell for use in another 26650 light. Much better UI (ramping, adjustable stepped ramping, tactical aka momentary mode), better tint (especially the 4000k version, since it is 95CRI), and easier to carry. Also, the IF25A is a good bit cheaper from AliExpress or Sofirn’s own site, as long as you don’t mind waiting a bit longer for it to arrive. Sofirn IF25A

I would chose neither since i dont know what kind of lights they are.

If only there were some device that allowed you access to all sorts of information you wished to know so that you could research the lights and make a pertinent decision…

Why would you compare a 26650 light with one emitter and a 21700 light with four emitters?

They are two completely different platforms.

i would say, ‘’state your goals first’’

e.g.,

throw
size
weight
cost
light color
UI
charging or not
cell type,number

the 2 you listed, seem very different, so i can;t really guess what criteria matter to you
