MF01 Mini / MT07- Mod/Upgrade - Copper Heatsink Cover Plate

Interested in two (London)

Ok, at this point I think thereā€™s been at least 7 pieces requested. Maybe I need to check into doing another batch. Let me check on pricing again.

Hello!

Iā€™m also interested in two.

Edit: I received my Mateminco and there was a heatsink already mounted. So i do not need it anymore.

Ok, just keep in mind that shipping from the US is like $13-14. Last time I did this, a member in the EU volunteered to receive a bulk shipment and split it out to reduce shipping costs. Maybe something like that can be arranged again.

Iā€™m pretty sure Iā€™ll do another batch so if anyone is interested and hasnā€™t spoken up yet, please do so now so I can order the correct amount.

I just checked with the place I ordered these from before and now the price is almost double. :weary: I sent the design to a couple more places for quoting.

Thanks for the update and running around :+1:

Iā€™ would like one

Depending on price and shipping, I would like 2 please. Thank you.

I am very interested and would like to buy one.

I am very interested in 1, just sent you a PM.

Iā€™m continuing (possibly futile) attempts to at least partially work around the sudden drop from turbo. Tonightā€™s experience was a bit puzzling. Using a timer and a fully charged Shockli 5500 I clicked ā€œfullā€ turbo and waited. After 1 minute there was no apparent dimming. After 1:50 minutes I thought perhaps there had been slight dimming, though I wasnā€™t sure. I double clicked and there was full turbo again, but the difference was relatively small.

So, instead of a nearly immediate very noticeable drop there was (to the eye) a barely perceptible dimming after almost 2 minutes run. Why hadnā€™t the sudden drop occurred? Does using fully charged batteries affect the results? Iā€™m assuming this was a fluke and I was just lucky.

Iā€™ll continue with these attempts later.

Sorry, brightnormā€¦ all of these were gone a long time ago. I have checked several times about buying more, but the manufacturing costs have increased considerably. To the point that each heatsink kit would probably cost $25 + shipping if not more. And thatā€™s assuming an order quantity of 20 or so. If I could get them made for what I bought them previously, Iā€™d gladly organize another batch.

OK, thanks.

Does the standard MF01S (not the MINI) have the issue of plastic vs copper plate?

It doesnā€™t not have this issue as it doesnā€™t have 7135 chips. The MF01 mini now comes with a brass plate so it no longer has the stepdown issue.

Cool, thanks

Vinh hasnā€™t seen those. Do you know who sells them?

Deleted.
I checked and both of mine have the brass plate.

Interested in one if a group buy ever occurs again.
