I just found out that our little friend EDC is not in the USA. I listed in my post that I want to keep S&H within the USA to keep my cost down so I can get the most money to put towards my moving. So you know what I am gonna do out his bids????? Not a dang thing. LOL :) Nobody is gonna believe this, but the nameless person who sent me these items in the first place has been reading this thread. I got an email from them and they said that they will pay the S&H for me, and that if I wanna make this an international bid....then go for it. This is now open to everyone, not just folks in the USA. Let the fun begin...again. :) This is just such a great thing everyone is doing for me.

Nope, the lights did not come to me from EDC in the first place because the box came from the states....says the post make on the box. There was no return address. :) I am so excited about this move. It will be the first time away from home and the "parental units".

Ahhh good point. I wonder if we can hire the Mythbusters to look into this? :) Now I wanna know where the lights came from and who did send them. That would be a slick move on EDC's part, but why would he go through all of this and not just send me money to move if he wanted to help me? Cover up maybe? :) I am starting to really like this guy. Lets all have a drink in honor of EDC. :)
My guess is that edc has way too much money in his trust fund and doing it this way helps you and gives the rest of use some excitement. But, in the end, he really, really misses his flashlights and has to get them back.
I don't know, just a theory I can't prove. Hopefully the person that did indeed give you the lights is at least a little entertained over my idle speculation. :glasses:
At this point, it looks like EDC will get his lights back unless someone steals them away from him. :) I can not express how thankful I am about this entire process. The lights were a gift....then I was told to do whatever I wanted with them. I could have run them over if I wanted to.....the giver did not care. Then the great folks here seem to give a flip about me and want to help me out....thus provide money for my move via buying the lights. I am honored and very thankful.
