If the manufacturer is so proud of a $149 flashlight, why supply such obviously fake images they must think we are all stupid.
It is not even a good photoshop effort, in fact it’s pathetic. Hot spot is at least 5m lower than the beam direction……
Haha....now that you mentioned it, yes. The treetop is a clone! OMG!
Moreover, they probably set the camera's exposure time to 3 minutes instead of 3 seconds. No problem to let a Nitecore TIP keychain light look bright as a star. :-))

When will you sell Lumintop flashlights again? Other sellers dealt with the bunny trademark issue without interrupting sales, I hope you can get it resolved for your customer’s convenience.
I’ve found FastTech to have significantly more helpful customer service than Banggood when issues arise, and also have a less complicated system for finding/applying discounts.
Regarding Lumintop…ugh, I’d love for them to return, but I fear there may be reasons other than the trademark issue that are preventing FastTech from listing those lights again.
A while back, Lumintop had a publicly-aired spat with FastTech on BLF by labeling them as an unauthorized dealer of Lumintop lights, and indicating that Lumintop wouldn’t honour warranties of lights purchased from unauthorized dealers. That was a PR firestorm for Lumintop and they deleted that thread, but I feel like the eventual delisting of the entire Lumintop catalogue may suggest that they subsequently terminated their business relationship.
I’ve found them generally about the same overall in CS. With BG I’ve been able to speak to a live person when I have a problem but but I still run into the same malarkey, I.E. offering a $2 refund for a $40 defective item but I realize there are lots of scammers out there so they have procedures they have to follow. I do get tired of GB’s “smoke and mirrors” when trying to find a good price. For me it comes down to shipping, and that will depend on where you live. FT orders go into the local postal system here which is hopelessly inefficient and slow and I get BG orders delivered by courier to my door. BG has their own logistics company and partners with a delivery service here. FT has not handled the pandemic well and I have had orders take 90 days to reach me.
As far as Lumintop, I missed the “public spat” but it doesn’t surprise me. FT CS checked with the buyer when I asked and was told it was a trademark issue but it’s been months. There is still a page coming up that says “Lumintop returning soon” but I’m not counting on it now.
I recently had one of my worst experiences in 20 years of buying online. I ordered a pair of light brown shoes from BG (my first non flashlight order from them) and received an ugly army green color. I complained to CS and after the usual back and forth they agreed to resend the order. That order was green also and when I complained CS said they’d checked with sales and determined they had shipped the correct color and clearly accused me of lying and scamming them. After I raised hell they checked again and determined it was a problem with their supplier. Of course they apologized profusely and offered me a refund and some of those useless points.
So for me it comes down to efficient shipping. In dealing with any Chinese seller I believe sooner or later you will run into one problem or another, It’s just part of buying online from China
