From the summer, customs rules will change in my country (maybe all over the EU). I have to buy until then and I will have birthday in a month anyway. :partying_face:
I know this is late, but In my experience messenger with customer service is fantastic help through BG. They have helped me numerous times through the messenger function. Both before and after sale.
Is there supposed to be a set ship date on these I didn’t catch. The listing says in stock, ships in 24 hours. Are group sales items different? Mine has been processing for 3 days.
It should be from the same stockpile in CN wharehouse. Please give them 2-3 working days to process your order, even though it is stated "ship in 24hrs".
You might have to contact BG directly if you wish to listen their explanation for the delay.
