Updated mine with one purple and two raw short tubes
What if you want the short tube as well as the 18650 tube? Maybe make the short tube as an extra.
Couple of years later… Lumintop considers making the light like we asked for in the very first place.

the short tube is ONLY the tube - not a complete light.
if you have a colored 18650 already you can just buy a short tube only
but keep in mind the color could be different a bit

Do you need a 100 of each colour for it to be available. Or is it just min 100 in total, but all colours available?
Also, do these switch on in your pocket?
They say 100 of each, even the 18350 .
Thats a shame. I’d be up for a green but only 5 on the list, so that ain’t going to happen.
Or maybe a tan, but only 12 of those so far. So I’d guess unlikely.
Purple sounds great, but it looks very pinky purple in the pictures.

Milling etc. is the same for every version. But each color demands a special setup/bath.
I’m not sure about the short tubes. They can be dipped into the same bath as the 18650’s.
It’s a pity, because at the moment only purple (without the short tube) has a chance. People have probably bought too many flashlights of this series.
Maybe if someone post this post on r/flashlights, more colors and short tubes would have a chance to be realized.
Or at a minimum, keeping it on the first page .
Well I’ve put myself down for a green. Think that makes 6 in total, so almost certainly no chance.
Too pricey for a colour I don’t really want though. Not knocking the price, but I’m sure you know what I mean.
I feel they could (and maybe should) make the raw version even if it doesn’t make 100. It’ll be less work than anodising, and it’s what the light was supposed to be from the beginning
