Do you have link for this info? 4000 lumens sounds appropriate, 650m throw sounds like a lot. If this is true I will be ordering one. Im just wondering how deep those 4 reflectors are.

I found the info on taobao site, it has some problems with proper loading: MT04
There were pics with both lumens and throw for all versions.
I did double check with BG rep few weeks ago. They have no intention of producing quad emitter version in EA01 body.

Beside ordering an EA01 i took also one MT04. Out of all the quad versions i found only the SST20 4000k high CRI really interesting. Other versions were too floody for me.
There is a rumor mention that they won't be producing any more MT04?
Did you base this off of the online photos? Or do you have other beam shots of the other emitter choices? The sst40 5000k quad really interests me

I talked to manufacturer as initially they had the SST20 quad version only on Taobao. He said that this version is discontinued, but he moved some last pieces also to his Ali stock. I took it because I have another much larger quad with throwy LEDs and I like its beam a lot, tight spot with decent spill. SST20 with 4000K and high CRI also peaked my curiosity, as I dont have any light with this LED yet. As for the other quad versions (SST40 and XHP50.2), they are still being offered, both at Tao and Ali as well. I just think that they are too much of a hotrod in such compact body, limiting its practical use.

The way I look at it, if you want a quad, get the FT02S. EA01 has a wonderful beam pattern with the single LED and the TIR lens. All that goes away by converting it to quad.
