I see literally one person with burned emitters and one person with a driver issue and they have sold thousands of these lights. You are being way too afraid for no reason. This light has a stellar reputation.
Nah, you can find more information about the issues, if you want. Read the topics and comments.
But I really hope that everything will be great with this astro-flashlight.
Most of the issues online were dated back in 2019. MF01S model should be relatively "safe" option imo. Moreover, like what Sunnysunsun has mentioned, spare parts are made available for purchase for those who is confident of self-troubleshooting.
First place to ask would be the manufacturer. Ask Astrolux or Mateminco (MT18S). They are the only ones with the part.
All parts should be compatible between the MF01S and MT18S.
Astrolux is not a company, its the house brand name used by Banggood. So you would contact Banggood.
The company that made that particular light for Banggood is Mateminco.
So any parts will come from Mateminco. You can contact Mateminco directly or go through Banggood and they will get the part from Mateminco. Hopefully one of the two will sell you the replacement parts.
