I saw A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989).
This movie is terrible.
It's pretty lame and boring.
The acting is awful, and the film is frustrating to watch in some parts.
I did not care for the safety of the main characters, which is a bad sign.
The ending is bad as well.
Part 5 is the worst film in the series (up to Part 5.)

I saw Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991), which I will call Part 6.
This movie is not that great.
It's about as good as Part 2 or Part 4.
The acting is bad.
The movie is mostly boring and lame.
During the credits, the filmmakers show clips from the franchise up to this point, and sadly, it is not that impressive.
“1917”. It’s a quality movie, good suspense. Only thing is, the ending wasn’t as happy as I’d have liked.

I don’t remember how many Nightmares (and spin offs) there were but after the first few it was all pretty lame until Wes Craven’s New Nightmare in 1994. The premise was the real actors and crew vs. you know who. I don’t want to give anything away so I’ll leave it at that. Hope you enjoy it!
PS the remake had more current SFX but that’s about it, no style etc.
I'll be watching every film in the series.
The only two that I haven't seen yet are the ones that you mentioned. 
Under the Silver Lake - not bad if you like off beat trippy movies. Thought it was a little too long but again, not bad.
Amazing cinematography but the plot was weak and not very true to life. Overall, I was disappointed with this one - it was OK but could have been so much better if they had told a true story or at least a better fiction.

This movie is okay.
The acting is actually quite good--the best in the series so far.
The music is great.
The problem is that the movie is pretty stupid.
The plot/script is not that good, and the movie isn't all that entertaining.
The movie is frustrating to watch in some parts.
Overally, it's a little worse than Part 1.

I saw A Nightmare On Elm Street (2010).
This remake is decent.
The acting is okay, and the music is great.
The movie isn't all that entertaining, but it isn't too boring.
The new Freddy Krueger is not very good compared to Robert Englund's Freddy Krueger from all the other films.
The violence is done quite well--it's about as good as the violence in Freddy vs Jason.
The plot is not very good, nor is the script.
This movie is almost as good at Part 7.
Now that I have seen every Nightmare On Elm Street movie, I will sort of rank them.
The only one I really recommend is Freddy vs Jason.
If you want to watch more, the next best movie is Part 3.
Then Part 1.
Followed by Part 7, then the remake.
The other films in the series are quite bad.

I thought I saw this movie when I was a kid, but I apparently I didn't.
This movie is good.
The acting is excellent, and the music is great.
The plot is put together well, and the movie is generally entertaining.
