Trying to decide between the two Fenix is lighter and i like the fact dont need external charger. but in real world any real difference in output between the two?
Any other things i need to consider?

One variable is choice of emitters in the D18. Mine was modded to 18 x W2 emitters, 15,500 lumens, 748 meters throw. More throwey than floody. A real screamer.
Your choice depends on your preference in size, weight, tint, throw versus flood and other variables and other criteria. There are lots of factors and criteria, that is why I have 48 high performance flashlights of all different sizes and flood to throw ratios.
If you narrowed it down to these two after searching, buy both and give one to a friend or keep both.

With W2 on emisar D18 perhaps would have same flood as an acebeam k75?
Between the two, Emisar d18 but you should also look at the Astrolux MF01S.
