driver for xhp 70

hi

i search a driver for an xhp 70 at 6v

i use 4s3p 18650 battery

it need to support a toggle switch

would like to have different mode of operation: 100, 75, 50% 25% or something like that without adding something

driver diameter need to be below 35mm

any suggestion?

thank

For 4S that’s going to be tough. You might want to switch to a 12v xhp70.2. There are more 3S buck drivers for 6v xhp70.2.

maybe that
https://www.kiwilighting.com/cree-xhp50-xh-p50-led-driver-input-dc12-24v-iutput-dc6v-dc12v-led-lighting-transformers

surely work for a xhp70 too… only default only 1 mode…

otherwise this one 17mm MTN-MAXlp HP 1A-5.5A Low-Profile Buck Driver - 5V-18V but a bit small

not a lot are available… will continue to search

H6Flex

Missed toggle switch, flex will be awkward to use with toggle. I used it with prolonged piezo and works well.
Is this for diving light, that battery looks like canister light?

Wow 4S3P… thats intense.

MTN shows 93 pcs available. If you need more than that you might want to consider partnering with an alibaba supplier. I have seen minimum order quantities range from the 100s.

A toggle on/off is just a SPST, electrically its the same as a standard click switch…. correct? What will vary is the current capacity and panel mount method / hole.

ya for a diving light

Take a look at my old thread at CPF, different LED but all flex drivers work the same

Some info using piezo with flex driver.

i asked and it answer me:
Well, it won’t work with a toggle other than having the toggle as the power switch. The momentary needs to be connected to the SWA/SWB contacts to be able to provide click/press sequences that are a fundamental part of the UI.
