First off, i may be biased because out of quite a few orders i’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Neal, But this last order, well just blew me away -

I ordered a Brass fw3a from Neal on January 22nd.

I received my order YESTERDAY, January 30th!

That is 8 days! No extra shipping, just standard shipping.

China to CT, USA. 8 Days.

Very impressive, and the light functions perfect and looks GREAT.

Also, Neal always answers my emails the next day, or within 2 days at most (including the time change).

I am not a huge purchaser from him like others on here, to Neal i am probably just a random customer, but he always responds to me. I think that is solid customer service.

Hi, has anyone ordered from Neal since the CNY? I placed an order on 2/22 for a product that the website said was in stock, and it has not shipped yet. I placed another order today. I know CNY just ended yesterday if I’m not mistaken.

Just for a reference my last two orders with Neal (both placed in 2021) I received in 2 weeks! To the US! So I know that this delay must be because of the holiday, I’m just wondering if everyone else is experiencing the same thing or if something is wrong with my order?

Neal has never responded to a single email I’ve sent him. He did “ship” stuff I ordered immediately, on Sunday (China time). I’m surprised a mailing label was created on the weekend.

When I got my Olight Warrior Mini from him he did it on a Saturday, and he actually sent a photo confirming that, the package side by side to the label!

I just saw a backup of container ships on the west coast . That’s probably responsible for a lot of delays.

Ordered a light from neal on the 24, emailed him immediately to add a cell ; he answered me 6 hours later . Got the shipping notice on the 28

What in the world?? This is the dichotomy of Neal. I’ve sent him 5 emails with 0 replies and so I have given up on emailing him

My demand was small and feasable by any helper he probably has . Will see in the futur, since i’m on the feeler list for colored fw3a .

Could you try a different email address? It could be filters or a service problem on his side. I somewhat doubt Neal not responding to your email is deliberate.

Wow sounds like some of you are getting deliveries from Neal through cny. I will try emailing him.

It looked like a negative first but it definitely changed to a positive experience then.

I ordered a few items in February. I contacted Neal after a month twice via Email and got no reply. In April, I wrote him a PM on BLF asking when he would ship my order. He answered within an hour, apologized and promised to ship my order the next day. So he did to my surprise and the order arrived recently. It included all items apart from the ROT66 diffusor that apparently ships only with the flashlight. I accept that because the diffusor costs 0.50$ and I also used a discount code. Maybe the diffusor put my order on hold.

I ordered the amazing big quad reflector of the Lumintop GT94 which even Lumintop did not have. The MF01 mini driver astonishingly came with the aux led board included.

Neal always availabe kind and with fast shipping for me and with me .

I can’t really speak highly enough of Neal.

The goods show up when they should and each time they are as described and work no problems.

I’m just a very small volume occasional buyer but he is always so helpful, and super responsive on private messages.

It’s just so completely different to dealing with most businesses these days

Neal has been fantastic, great shipping and customer service. I have placed 12 orders since march 2021 when I was asking for help here, and everyone of them has been shipped quickly and arrived perfectly. Neal is a solid seller, and lately he has been getting my orders to me faster than any other retailer / manufacturer.

My last NealsGadgets order took 9 days to my door!

For reference: my last three Emisar orders took 15-20 days each, and they were all fedex "quick shipments". Two of my last three Convoy orders took 5-6 weeks.

Neal has always been great to buy from, and it is easy to recommend him.
