FT has been consistently good from the time I got my things from them, even years ahead in the game compared to GB and BG, and also a much professional complaint dept.
The only thing missing from them is they don’t give discounts as deep as GB and BG.

Could someone please tell me what “pure white” means?
Wouldn’t it be more honest to quote a colour temperature and/or a CRI?
Pure White means it hasn’t had sex with any other colors .
While they don’t include that info in the product name, they tend to have information like the temperature and brightness in the Light Sources section of the product details.
They’re a little inconsistent with the application of labels like pure white, neutral white, natural white…so I tend to ignore them and go straight to the details.
