Goodby Banggood

That is the time to say goodby to one more сhinese shop. As a VIP4 in past and after many years I extremely disappointed from my last orders. BG looks like reincarnation of BuyInCoins - seller of low quality cheap shit but with higher prices. May be I still will take part in group ordering of some exclusive light from BG (not sure), but definitely no general orders from them again.

I only use banggood to buy Astrolux lights, the house brand.

what did u buy ? they sell alot of crap but if u know what u buying u get stuff what u expect… i buy usally flashlights astrolux and one time i bought a cheap xiaomi redmi phone cant say im dissapointed… never any issues as vip3…

Several different electronic devises (not flashlights). 80% of them was defective.

Stopped ordering from BG a few weeks ago. It was a disappointing experience.
items are now locked for specific countries, shipping costs are very expensive and you can buy most items for a lot less on aliexpress.

The customer service has more channels and are responsive, but they can’t / won’t help either.

Depends really on what you buy, I bought Imalent and Astrolux lights without issues it really depends on what you are looking for. I picked up a few “ridge” wallet knock offs for less than $10 to see if I would prefer the form factor before jumping on a real deal since they cost $175 CAD and I have to say they are REALLY well made been using it as my daily for months without wear.

Funny to see a flashlight you want for 200.00us and see it go on sale at 32% off for 210.00us. Laughable… LOL
But still dishonest…… :smiling_imp:
So I also do not buy from them anymore.

"Good buy Banggood"

BG is a necessary evil. I hate them but still use them. All these chinese companies have their roots from the legendary 409shop.

Try Mateminco instead.I have had good experiences with them. And when
I have needed to talk to customers service I had a reply very quickly, most of the time in moments. I had a couple very simple questions for Astrolux and when I finally got a response, usually the next day, they could not answer my questions. Kept telling me to look at website and the answer was not there, which is why I contacted them. Then they send survey asking for a good review.

"Good by Banggood"

So close...

The word/phrase that you're looking for is "goodbye"

And, yes, I am a bit of a grammar/spelling nazi.

:confounded:

I don’t buy anything from Banggood anymore due to sloppy packaging, time and time again they’ll rely on the product box as protection. i’m a store though so it’s different, not fun to order 20pcs FT03’s to have them wrapped with brown tape without any form of padding, I had to sell them off for barely any profit because the boxes were so damaged. I now order direct from Mateminco

Purchased 50pcs LiitoKala chargers and same thing, all wrecked. I buy these from Fasttech and they’re all boxed with bubble wrap

Interesting. I noticed sloppy packaging in the past months, too. Whereas Banggood used to put a lot of bubble wrap or foam wrap around the item before, they somehow started to omit every (!) transport protection. My Vapcell S4+ charger arrived in the bare box, enveloped by a razor-thin plastic bag only.

Agree the packaging is ridiculous. So Mateminco packaging is better? From the Ali store?

I’m not sure, I buy in bulk and get it sent through TNT and it’s always in a large padded box. Fasttech on the other hand even when a small order is placed it’s still much better

What is TNT?

A shipping service like EMS, but quicker and costs more

.
I also have Good results with Fasttech. :+1:
