I would like to know when the short body with 22340 battery will be available.
If anyone is in contact with FireFlies in the near future, can you please ask them?
I have been in contact with Jack for a couple of weeks in late 2020 and beginning of 2021, discussing some cool ideas for new flashlights and talking about my Andúril 2 UI chart. However, I have lost contact to him just before Chinese New Year. All my attempts to reach him ever since were unsuccessful. I have given up, now.

What is your email provider? I hear gmail is blocked in china and I’m not sure I ever had a china mfg reply…
I was in contact with Jack via Wechat (Chinese messenger app). Since I have frequent communication with other Chinese contacts on Wechat, I do not think there is a technical issue here. Anyway, no hard feelings on my side.

I got in contact with him by calling the number on his website. He told me he’s selling them as a kit for $25.
Hey that Sounds awesome but cant find it on the Site. I want that Kit. I hope they added the Kit soon on the Site………

*I sent my copper E07 back to Jacky in the US address for fixing because 3 things were broken and wrong and I am still being ghosted by him. I repeatedly messaged and emailed FF and Jacky, and always got ghosted. 2 years at this point and over $100 down the toilet. DON'T BUY FIREFLIES OR ANY OF THEIR NEW BRAND THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY. Do not do business with them. Buy from better people and companies.

Jack was out of town. He just got back to me today so he should be getting to your emails soon. I can imagine he has thousands of emails to go through. But don’t worry he always takes cares of things. Just takes a while sometimes.

My tracking didn’t work until it was in my town two days ago (USA), it seem they are shipping like BG does.
Ordered lots of times, it eventually gets there
I ordered the Short Body ect ….19.03 and got an Email from Oliver that they Shipping my Order ASAP
Now we have 10.04 and nothing happened.
I opened a Paypal Case now………but still no Communication
………Ok Jack was out of Town. But do you run such a company?
Even if you don’t do it full-time, you still have an obligation to the customer.
I mean the Nov Mu is really great and Top Notch Quality.
But it will ruin the business in the future when he not changed his Support and Communication.

We don’t like slow emails or seeming lack of parts sales, but they are offering something no one else is.
Many (if not all) hank lights are using inefficient linear driver, and the mule design isn’t as good as NOV-MU (mules should be centered LEDs).
