Gearbest Problems

Gearbest was advertising the Convoy S21 in multiple colors for $15.99 each. I ordered five , one in every color. They shipped 2. The rest they tell me are unavailable. Its been three months. Meanwhile, on their web site they show in stock.

Gearbest has fallen. From not so good deals, to not giving out prizes from their sponsored giveaways, to what you’re dealing with right now. Stay away from gearbest! You can usually find a better deal elsewhere. Try buying convoy from Simon directly. Ask for a blf discount. He also has a coupon code floating around somewhere here iirc.

i`d be surprised if Gearbest survive 2021 with such attitude to customers

they`ve stolen around 65$ from me, so i`d be glad to see GB disappear

I fell into the trap, they were $1 less then anyone else.

i remember ordering large backpack from them for review. parcel included some other stuff. NO backpack.
they tried to persuade me that they had sent it and it was stolen. their own invoice got overall weight of what really arrived. so they simply didnt sent it.

i got video with unboxing, i got their own invoic with weight of parcel what i got.

it took me like week of here and there emails to finally "ok, we know we sent it, but you are good customer, we`ll resend it"

Really sad. I’ve had nothing but good luck. But these tactics are simply unforgivable. And there are many complainers.

Had 4 orders with GB before giving up. I’m lucky I still have my tablet PC because as I tried to deal with their moronic CS on each order I had a strong urge to smash it against the wall out of frustration.

I heard about them about a year ago. I never did go to Gearwest. Actually I did go there one day. It was after lunch and as I was getting up, I glanced at the app on my phone for a whole 12 secs!
