I always wanted to know what one of them would do if a passage just narrows to the point where you can’t even stick your head into. Can’t turn around, gotta go backwards the entire length?
I could understand those big-ass caverns like Yuval snapped pix of. Okay, so you lower yourself down into a cathedral-sized cavern, great. But those loonies who “explore” those narrow passages like that?
And then just imagine a flash rainstorm and those passages filling up with water in, like, seconds.
I remember there was a story about a cave in the UK that in a section of the cave you need to crawl for about a mile before you could standup the cave apparently is closed now cause 4 people were in that cave when it flooded and they drowned.
