I don’t know about the calming effect, but this certainly is eye bleach.
Yeah she’s cute but always seems to have the saaaaaaame expression no matter what. 
’Though I did hear that she’s fantastic in “The Cake Eaters”, which I got but haven’t watched yet (sooooooo much backlogged on my to-do list

Well it's spring time and with the winter behind us for another year, I'm seeing a lot of wildlife out and about now.
