Alliexpress Order History Problems

Anyone have their order history deleted for 2019 and 2020 in Alliexpress app? When I look in the app order history, nothing’s there for 2020 or 2019. There was a claim I started with them back in late 2020 over 2 sellers which never got settled and I decided to just ignore their msgs and stop communicating with them completely.

I have the same issue, but that happened before. They are visible in my Aliexpress account on the web ( not cell phone ).
Generally I have many other issues:

- random logouts

- checkout error, can’t click payment through (says unconfirmed field even though everything is confirmed)

  • “there is too much traffic coming from your network” error when clicking on shops

also, there is a new check out form for the delivery address, where you have to select your state from a drop-down list, but only a few cities in that state and “other”. When you click “other”, there is no field to put your city into.
(I put city after my street name, but this is all weird now)

I noticed the order history on the app and the order history on the website arent synced for me despite being the same account

I just checked the web and same thing. Only shows 2 items and those were items I ordered last week lol. I have a feeling there’s some monkey business going on. Reflects the current situation over there I believe. Information speed bumb.
Cmon Mr Jack didn’t you say “ Today is cruel. Tomorrow is crueller. And the day after tomorrow is beautiful.”

AX has probably THE worst POS web presence as I’ve ever ever ever ever ever seen.

Just the f’n webpage has like 13 popovers that you have to click out of the way before you can even f’n sign in. Annoying moving banners and ads and promos and wtf-ever that are just eye-poison (vs eye-candy). Slow as shiite webpages where you think you clicked but nothing happened, but noooooo, it did register the first click, was in the process of slooowly updating the page and then registered the second click so that when you think you finally got to your page, aaauuugh!, it yanks it away and goes to that page instead.

If it weren’t out of desperation people HAVE TO find what they need on AX (’cause it’s pretty much the only game in town), I doubt anyone would willingly go there.

With old mail and new mail, all the other idiocy they did over the years, it’s amazing anything works there.

And yeah, I had the same issue of getting hung up and not going to paypal, whereas in the same browser, same session, new tab, I can get to paypal just fine.

I would also argue that most items on there are almost always the cheapest. This isn’t true for every single product, but for most.
Given the economic situation many are in currently or the situation in the country of residence - there is a reason why people have to shop at Aliexpress.

I save approximately 30-40% per item and given my gadget/hobby budget I save more than 650 dollars annually. That is not a small amount for toys and hobbies. All the other companies in this type of scenario also make a decent cut (i.e. Revolut temporary payment card, Monzo account funding the card, the logistics carriers, etc). I pump thousands through Revolut every year and without Aliexpress I wouldn’t even use their services.
