This is pretty ridiculous, to have absolutely no correspondence for months; it doesn’t even look like clemence has logged in to BLF in half a year. I understand that covid put a wrench in everyone’s lives, but it’s been more than enough time to get a relative handful of lights modded and shipped out. Anyone know how to get ahold of clemence to get a refund?

I requested either a light or refund 3 months ago through email and no response. Not good.

As much as I regret never receiving these Ho4 mods, the loss of Clemence, as-we knew-him on BLF, is the greater. He persevered thru the early stage of covid lockdown in Asia and the loss of access to a CNC machine & other obstacles. He seemed unstoppable. Now it feels like we are talking to an empty room. Hope I’m wrong.

I was really excited about this project due to the option of tint mixing but the delays are making me a little antsy. I do hope Clemence is well first and foremost but I also hope that I will receive my light someday.

We can see that some earlier in this thread from last month have received their lights. Although he’s not communicating and logging into BLF, it looks like he’s still fulfilling his orders. I have faith.

I hope your right but I still have reservations. He took in about $7000 for these lights. I cannot think of a logical reason why he would not update the thread, answer emails or at least get word to us through someone. Someone mentioned he is opening a new store, so someone was able to find that out. Possibly funded with our $. I don’t like to jump to conclusions but there are many things about this that aren’t right, even if he sends the lights out.

How hard is it to leave a message on this thread? How long has it been since Clemence was on BLF? He does have a responsibility to the many people who have sent him funds for this buy. Covid can have debilitating effects. Before covid Clemence was always responsive to inquiries.

I hope you are right. I’m just not so sure anymore.

Anyone have any news? Considering filing a dispute when the deadline for filing nears. As much as I want to support Clemence and receive the light the silence on his part has been making me a bit paranoid.

I tried to open a claim with paypal but it is too old. This guy doesn’t even answer emails.

Isn’t it 18 months? GB only started January 2020. At the latest June 2021 should be the deadline for dispute?

I send an email to Ronald Clemence last Dec 2020 and he responded last Jan 19 2021, just want to know how was he’ was since Indonesia was the hardest hit in South east Asia and our country was 2nd hardest hit by COVID 19. He said, he was fine and recovered recently from COVID 19 but the bad news is his GF got COVID 3 times the last is this Jan 2021. He is already separated from Virence and got his own brand name and website ( not mentioned the brand name and new website)

He said some of the lights were started shipping this Jan 2021 one problem with the Gb is shipping, not all economy shipping was back in service in some countries. so in this case those countries that was affected like Europe, shipping cost would be double.

In my case he said he offered me a refund or willing to wait since the light was already assembled. i told him, Firstly i wish you and your GF and family are in good health. Refund is not an option and since it is your pet project and you’ve spent a lot of times to perfect it. I want to keep you light as a remembrance. i told him I’m willing to add an extra cost for shipping just to move my shipment and lessen the burden on his part.

You can send an email to him if one of your got affected by the shipping issues.

FYI

I guess we just have to wait.
