I recently purchased the D25S . I want to replace the headband with a 3 point strap. The kind that has one band over the top of the head.
I am wondering would it fit in the Convoy replacement strap for the H1
Or any other replacement band with the overhead strap /
I have the Convoy strap and it fits my D25S very well. The strap is very nice.

I’m wondering if anyone knows, does the D25S fit nicely in Skilhunt HB3 headband? I’ve seen pictures that show the SP40 fitting ‘perfectly’ inside the Skilhunt band, but does anyone know if the D25S fits the same?
According to the measurements, both the SP40 and D25S have identical (25mm) diameter, but from the pictures the middle of the D25S extends a bit so I’m worried about the fit putting strain on the HB3 reciever.
Edit: Nvm, I just found a comment on reddit that says the D25S doesn’t fit in the HB3
two castration bands some shoogoo and a straight bit of plastic?
PET-G hinges very well verses PLA, both dont like hi impact though. nylon prices and peculiarities means probly better of with a couple of castration bands and print in anything a flat board to mount the O rings.
insert…if your new in to printing, thicker it is the less flexable, the PET-G gets used for rc airplane wing hinging…its thin but does it, at about 2mm it starts not being a hinge/flaxable and more of a stiff component that flexs when you didnt want it to.
I'm wondering if there is a compatible clip out there?

You mean you attached the plastic holder of the D25S to the Convoy strap or just the light? How did it fit?
