Long story short, was told from scooter place that battery pack will either be LG or Samsung batteries. So from the photo, label says "S3500mAh". Safe to assume it's the Samsung 35E battery then?
If you trust what it says. It could be a rewrap. You can try measuring the IR and see how it matches the spec sheets.
Ok thanks but I don't wanna open the battery pack to measure. Actually I found their site label and it does say Samsung 35E so I'm pretty sure it's the 35E one.
35E’s are often copied, so you won’t know unless you measure the cells (dimensions, weight, internal resistance, capacity) and compare it against the data sheet. If this is a reputable manufacturer, then they may be trustworthy.

What are you wanting to do —use as a pack or repurpose the cells
I’m using it as a pack only. They told me their battery’s that come in only use LG or Samsung. I just wanted to be doubly sure.
to get those kind of specs it must have 108 — 35Es in it —- must of been pricey
Yeah quite a few of em in the pack huh. Takes a while to charge em too. But I always charge to 80% anyways so not that bad.
The 60V 21aH 3000w (5A) goes for around $500 USD at aliexpress. It's not that bad I guess. It's gone down in price recently.
I’ve been testing and Repurposing a ton of cells lately —from most of my testing I’d charge to around 90% and only drain down to around 30% —your cycle life should double up
51volt —- 65 volt range
Hey thanks for the tip and yes I’ve been doing the 80% to 90% charging way. I always charge to 80% though and for longer runs at 90. About once a month I’ll go 100. Hmmmm maybe next time if I repurpose, I can still use em for flashlights! :money_mouth_face:
You’d be surprised how many are still good in your old Pack — sometimes just the Electronics in the pack go bad
As said, you can never be sure about who manufacturers a certain cell, unless you measure its exact specifications (and even that can be faked to a certain degree).
Provided that the seller is trusted, I would just roll with it 
Yeah, agree with bila here. When it comes to batteries a lot of shenanigans are in play. If you can trust your seller then good for you, but remember only because the package says something doesn’t mean the content will be like stated.
