Sofirn SP10 Pro (AA/14500/Andúril 2) - now available!

I am interested in.

Amusing discussion. Can’t believe it. Arguing about UI. If you want my opinion, I was mostly interested in the flashlight because I want to try Anduril. Want the most customizable, advanced UI possible. Not sure about an easy dumbed down UI. It doesn’t seem as cool as a frustratingly complex UI one can get lost in. Like the second sub-level of strobe (Rave mode 3) When all you want to do is unlock your vehicle, but a spontaneous dance party starts in the parking lot because you can’t find the right mode. It’s a whole lot more fun in the end because you met 3 new friends & even got a few dates for next week.

I am probably already on the list, but I would like to be put in for 2 more please.

Also, do we have any sort of timeline for production?

As a Sofirn fanboy (a Sofirnboy if you will) I am unreasonably excited for this light!

I wasn’t sure about anduril 2. But after trying it, I’m just on advanced UI and pretty happy.

I haven’t used Anduril 2 to know whether I’d like it or not. Now I’d be completely happy for Anduril 2 to be tweaked so there’s a Turbo in the Simple UI. Also chuck in the 2C to Turbo as per the standard for so many existing brands and models.

I already had 2C Turbo enabled in my build. But I tend to think you’re right about enabling max output in the Simple UI. To me, Simple UI should be easier to operate, not necessarily be limited in output (like was a consideration for the old Muggle Mode).

Ah, excellent. Then I’m all for V2, those were my only issues  thanks for the response. If I stock Anduril 2 I’d increase the ceiling to level 150 if it doesn’t get added

I can only agree with you in every way. :-) IIRC, that’s exactly what Sofirn was looking for if they decided to sell any flashlights with Andúril 2. If SIMPLE UI had a lower output by default, they would fear major complaints from customers.

interested

Interested.

Interested.

Interested! High CRI version especially.

Two years later I am still interested.

What would the output be? probably need to keep in mind that Sofirn’s 14500 cells are a bit restricting, maybe keep to something they can manage, perhaps the same setup with this new driver

Output is the same as the stock driver. No changes to the power dude side of the circuit were made, just the logic/control side.

Power dude :sunglasses:

Haha, thanks for that, swiping keyboard / autocorrect.

It all sounds excellent. I’m really hoping this goes into mass production.

Can’t remember if I was, but am now.

I’d even diy if I could get MCU and breakout board.

Just lovely, thank you gchart!

Earliest availability seems to be Farnell (24/07), if you want some better get your place in queue now.
