What are you listening right now ?

Glenn Beck

I just can’t seem to find my way home. Clapton just as smooth as ever. A really nice version.

:+1:

SHHHH!!! I only have the Sennheisers on the head, no sound/music/noise: it keeps the wife from interrupting every 2 min and breaking my train of concentration. I don’t know why she does that.
Try and do some simple math sometime in your head while being constantly interrupted OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. IT’S SO F*ING ANNOYING!!!

If I were to put on any other song not refered by Turkey dance upthread (cause they are all so good), I’d choose this one by the magnificent Leslie Grace and the Gracettes. Old Carole King song.

Notice the “backup” singers at 1:16ish? What is up with that? This is serious art my friends. Serious. ///and please, please do not fall in love with her.

thank you, Couchmaster, for your kind words.

Now my favorite song is Pink Floyd - High Hopes.

Thievery Corporation :sunglasses:

John Dee Holeman was a treasure - thanks for that. He was one of the best of all time, in my opinion.

As for Leslie Grace, I enjoyed that, also - especially the retro black and white video, and the vintage hair, clothing styles, and dance choreography.

How about another sample of vintage excellence in song-writing and performing? OK, and the same warning applies about losing your heart to Glenys Lynne…

That’s a good one from Helen Merrill, but this one is my favorite from her….

yeah.
the kids.
over and over.

they did not have to wear any masks.

Plastic Bertrand - Ça Plane Pour Moi - YouTube Ca Plane Pour Moi. It’s not supposed to make sense.
