They should fit, the WT90 does not need button top cells, there is a “button” in the carrier to help make contact.

My guess is he is either someone that works at the factory or someone that Jacky knows being that it is a China video. Pretty standard practice for reviews to get advanced copies naturally.
I do not know, never asked as flashlight + manual is all I expect with a light, anything else is a bonus IMHO.

Either way, it is highly unlikely that someone purchased a light, the order was processed, it was shipped, made it through customs, was delivered, a review made, video filmed, edited and uploaded in a matter of a few days.
Almost assuredly a review sample that was sent out awhile back. Standard practice with new light releases. Depending on the light it is common to seed 5-20 lights to reviews. More for the small lights.

Just got an update, they are still waiting on the manuals and that is causing some delays.
I am also going to see if they can create unique coupon codes for the first batch of clear lights that I can PM to people privately so we don’t have to worry about someone else stealing them. There are apparently some hoops they have to jump through to get the coupon codes working.
So the expected release time for the group buy is “next week” (assuming that means the ~24th).
He also said that the order for 70 more clear lights is underway and should only be about ~3 weeks from when the sale goes live. So it won’t be that long of a wait for anyone not in the first batch of clear.
