You're correct, those are not trits but made of GITD material. I will upload those images and video by next week.
I was told that stock version will not include those GITD tubes. Owners can populate them with actual trits if they want to.

Freeme, can you ask Lumintop to make a really small LEP flashlight?
With the newest compact LEP modules it should be possible to make a tube-style 18350 version that has the thickness of a S2+ but is a bit shorter (<10cm), and the throw should be around 200kcd. I think a 3A boost driver is needed. But mind: compact is key here, no compromises, a bit thicker than a S2+ or longer than 10cm will spoil the attraction.
I bet that Lumintop is able to design that in good quality for a decent price.

Am I right in thinking it’s based on how many people participate in the group buy? So $139.95 if all 23 people currently on the list place the order. But would hopefully drop lower as more people sign up.
Or is the quantity per order (so $149.95 if I just want 1)?
Also is this the “solid copper with LM10 styling” as mentioned in the OP or aluminium with just the copper ring? Guessing aluminium based on the price, which is fine by me.
