Which TV show did you watch lastֻ

Watched Invincible (see the post a few up). Enjoyed it but thought it went a bit overboard after “the” plot twist.

Also watched Jupiter’s Legacy . Yet another show about dysfunctional superheroes and their families. Again with a major plot twist that I admit I didn’t see coming until just before it happened, so I found it somewhat enjoyable

The New York office of the FBI brings to bear all their talents, intellect and technical expertise on major cases in order to keep their city and the country safe.

Friends: The Reunion 2021

The One Where They Get Back Together.

I'll have to watch that!

I have a huge crush on Courteney Cox and have seen every episode of Friends.

I thought it was enjoyable. Not as funny as the original show, of course, but still good.

my friends make fun of me because i find Friends unfunny.
and Seinfeld, to me, is sort of stupid. usually, i like stupid;
especially Reality stupid, but only in small doses.

anyway, this is the TV show i watched lastֻ:

Unearthed on DSC.
not stupid.
much.

I watched almost a full season of “The Vampire Dairies” but never saw even one cow.

I watched Friends: The Reunion yesterday.

It's pretty good.

It isn't all that funny, though.

It's interesting and reasonably entertaining.

If you're a fan of Friends, it's Must See TV.

I thought Seinfeld was a better show, and definitely funnier.

Some Friends episodes are very funny, and Friends is pretty sexy with Courteney Cox and Jennifer Anniston.

Watching Power on Starz currently. good show

Been re-watching Monk and also Daredevil (the Netflix series)

However, a couple friends mentioned The Irregulars . A bit of a different take on some of the characters from the Sherlock Holmes universe, but so far I’m enjoying it (only seen two episodes). Apparently Netflix originally greenlit a second season then changed their mind though.

Got “Maury” on now. I like when he dials up the drama!

Home Improvement with Tim Taylor!

super funny show, I was born after that time but really cool to see how everything looked back then!

well, we watched Season 1 Episode 1 of Breaking Bad.

it reminded us of all those “Revenge of the Dad” type movies:
Taken, Nobody; you have probably seen more of those than us.
we will watch a few more…but it better get A LOT better.

Breaking Bad had a few slower first season episodes, the writers took a bit effort to develop characters so they could “break bad” during time.
It is one of the best TV shows ever made if you like crime/drama in a TV show format.

I am currently watching King Of Queens!

Ted Lasso.

better than The Queen’s Gambit
by a whole lot. will watch more.

here is why to watch Ted Lasso:

a. “You gonna give me the cold shoulder and the silent treatment. That’s a combo. Does it come with a medium drink?”

b. “In my mind, you gotta have three things to be a Premier League team.

1) You gotta play physical. 2) you gotta give 100 percent until the final whistle and 3) you gotta be sponsored by a Middle-Eastern airline.”

During this Tokyo Olympics, there are many live telecast on TV of many sports each day. I like watching swimming, because it is not too long. Boxing is also good, with a lot of fast actions.

But rugby, football/soccer, and basketball are too long and boring. I don’t see the point of using professional players in these team sports to compete with other national teams that field mostly amateurs.

Good to see the inclusion of skate-boarding and moutain-biking into the Tokyo Olympics. These are contemporary games that many of the new generations do and enjoy.

BTW, I wonder how many people do hammer-throwing or discus-throwing for fun nowadays.

My discus has “Wham-O” written all over it…

Just finished re-re-watching Still Game (on Netflix).

Just started re-watching Letterkenny (on Hulu).
