Who named Fasttech

Tip for Neals Gadgets….If 5 days pass and the item is not shipped, it is likely out of stock. Using their facebook page IM them to ask, and they will then check on it and tell you it is out of stock. Why they do not just know that when ordered, or tell you when they know it is anybodys guess. If out of stock request a refund through the instant messenger on facebook. That is the only reliable way I have been able to contact them. All my orders that were not shipped within 5 days were out of stock, and all other orders were shipped and recieved in a timely manner…2-3 weeks.

It’s perfect name as long as you realise that usually you’re the one being banged :wink:

I canceled the order of the toothpick crossbow. When I thought about it I could not see anything good coming out of it.I only saw possible disaster.

Just don’t laugh at children or animals, and you should be okay.

It could be worse, Japan shipping was only 6 months boat until EMS was resumed this month.

My SWFA SS scope had a long wait from Japan shipping.

The original goal was to deliver fast technology but for some reason people began to think it meant fast deliveries.

Only had positive experiences with FT so far.

Have you placed any orders in the past 3 months? If so how did they go?

Ordered emitters and a few spare parts, it is true I didn’t get an order shipped email, but everything else worked out.
The email with the order confirmation came through.
Took about 31 days with free shipping.

As I mentioned above in Post #35: “So, also over the past 7 weeks there have been 4 orders with Banggood, all have arrived, and all took less than 4 weeks. Likewise over the past 7 weeks there have been 6 orders with AliExpress and none have taken over 4 weeks to deliver.”

Wow thats terrible obviously they have no respect for the customer. Thats why I only ordered one cheap light to see for myself how there shipping is. Some store in the US could make a whole lot of money it they carried Some of the brands only the China sites carry.

When they first started out they were somehow delivering in two weeks, many members were complimenting them though we had no idea how that was happening.
These days i don’t care as long as i get it as PayPal no longer has a 45 day dispute window, its 180 days.
So if my next order takes two months like the last one i won’t complain or swear off Fasttech.

After covid is done and things return to normal i would expect the standard one month on the slow boat.

Okay, quick summary of my order.

Placed 06-07, shipped 06-11 after parts were being collected. 2 parts were out of stock and I was asked whether I wanted to substitute, wait, or cancel. Chose to wait. The rest of the order except for those 2 doodads was shipped, got a pic of the wrapped package, the tracking number matches, etc. The other package will hopefully ship in a few days. (And I’ll get a pic and tracking number for that, too.)

So, not bad at all, given that a) I was kept informed of parts being OOS and asked what I preferred to do, b) the partial shipment was sent as to not hold up the entire order because of 1-2 no-shows, and c) I’ll eventually get everything even though it’ll cost FT to send 2 packages vs only 1.

No fake tracking numbers, no black hole of information or email, nothing… bad. Everything above-board, kept in the loop as to what was going on, legit tracking numbers, etc. So, yeah, that kinda inspires confidence, no?

@Lightbringer I'm glad you are having a successful order with FastTech. They communicated very well and they got that one order out in only 4 days. That's great! And I hope for your sake that the trend continues for you as I read that you won't order from AliX because they charge tax and FastTech does not. It pisses me off too but I put up with it. To each their own I guess. Here's wishing you continued good luck with your FastTech orders!

In the past 8 weeks I've placed these 6 orders with FastTech and about 20 orders with AliX, and a few with Banggood. All of my AliX orders are being delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.

As for me, here's an update on my 6 FastTech orders as of today:

The order with the April 11th date should be delivered early next week. As for the other FastTech orders we'll have to wait and see.

The whole purpose of my posts here is to try and help. I want to pass on my recent experience so others may make informed decisions and give y'all a heads-up before you place an order with a vendor. Just trying to help.

I finally received my order from Fasttech. So they ask how they did.I told them 42 days to receive package longest wait by far. So first they tried to say it was shipped Aliexpress I then pointed out it was not. So there response to that was spend more on shipping lol

Remember the good old days when Chinese products would arrive from china wrapped in brown paper and tied with string? The address was also hand written. Those were the days.

…and then the Pony Express came along.

Can anyone tell me the next stage of tracking? This is the 3rd tracking number they gave me. As the last 2 have been rejected. How long does it take to change to the next stage?

I’m waiting for 6 knives from them.

Quick followup, got my goodies a coupla days ago, so 19 days, or under 2wks. 2 items not-in-stock were refunded less’n a day after I said okay (vs waiting, etc.), everything went smoothly. No complaints.

It spent about a week (over?) in a sorting center in LA before being sent on its merry way, so that’s stateside, not overseas.

I’m… happy. :laughing:

I’m waiting for 6 knives from them.
