Which Lumintop website

.

Not sure if it helps or if anyone can translate, but this is the Lumintop business license. Maybe extract the address and then compare with whois reg data?

you are correct that there is more than one site with “lumintop” as part of the website name
(this is also true for fenix, nitecore, and olight)

the one you ordered from is a retailer… more details below

lumintop and lumintoponline email have the same lumintop.com host, I think they are factory sites:

1. Contact - Lumintop
Email: sales@lumintop.com
I cannot buy from this site, it is info only, but it lags on new product listings
a search such as “fwaa” produces no results

===

2. https://www.lumintoponline.com
Email: ec@lumintop.com
I can buy from this site, but it lags on new product listings
a search for “fwaa” produces no results

lumintoplighting appears to be a retailer:

3. https://www.lumintoplighting.com
Email: lumintoplighting@foxmail.com
I can buy from this site, and product listings are more up to date than the official sites
a search for “fwaa” Does produce results

another retail site that sells the Lumintop FWAA is nealsgadgets

afaict
the retail sites are more up to date than the official sites

opinion
Lumintop likes to sell batches of lights to resellers. There is a thing called MOQ, (Minimum Order Quantity). If a retailer wants to sell a “Special Factory Order” of a Lumintop made light, they must buy a MOQ. (I think it is 500 units, but not sure of the details of each model and vendor relationship)

In the past Lumintop made the Reylight Copper Tool (with a custom Reylight label), plus their own Lumintop branded version of the Tool

Presently Lumintop makes the Maratac, (the only model that seems to have an exclusive outlet, and is labeled Maratac)

Lumintop also makes the Massdrop and Drop Tools, which are unlabelled, just blank, no drop, no massdrop, no lumintop markings at all…

I dont think you need to worry at all,

please confirm

In my experience Lumintoplighting is more reliable and responsive to inqueries then the official site. YEMD

I have ordered several times from Lumintoplighting.com. They’re very responsive, and go the extra mile. Last November, when everybody was out of stock on the aluminum GT Micro NM1 (including their own website), I fired off an email to them inquiring about possible restock time frames. 2 hours later I have a response from them they found two in their warehouse. I jumped on one, and it was in my mailbox Christmas eve. Needless to say, I was very impressed, and grateful.

I would order from them without hesitation. They stock hard to find items, and have reasonable pricing. As always, YMMV.

A couple of years ago I ordered a couple of Golisi 21700s from a battery store on Aliexpress. After ordering I got concerned about shipping, contacted the seller and was told it was not a problem “we have ways”. I was surprised to see the batteries inside fake injection molded plastic flashlights. They had a real incan bulb with a foil reflector and cotton thread for wires. Very clever, I wonder why it’s not more widespread, I haven’t seen regulations that would prohibit using something like that or just some type of approved shipping container.

The Vapcell store on Ali seems to ship more places then some other sellers that have a blanket policy about shipping batteries. They do seem to having shipping problems now, maybe it’s just to my area.

I have this bugging question: Why Banggood cannot ship lithium rechargeable batteries to Singapore, whereas those sellers on Ali Express have no such problem. I have bought batteries from Ali Express many times; and shipments have arrived in normal packages without any issue.

I have also found that a few vendors in the USA and in The Netherlands do not ship their lithium rechargeable batteries to Singapore. Why? Their batteries lack international safety certification for air transport?

It is not true that batteries can’t be shipped by air, at least from what I have read. The issues happen because they can’t be shipped on a commercial passenger airliner! A lot of items from Banggood, AliExpress, Fast tech, etc. are shipped in the cargo hold of passenger airliners to save on shipping on a freight only transport jet. That caused huge delays during the pandemic when passenger flights were curtailed. I think similar restrictions are also enforced on cruise ships vs cargo ships. During the early evolution of li-ion batteries the ICR chemical makeup of these early cells were very volotile and mishaps happened.

Is the Aliexpress Lumintop store a real store or also a distributor?

It looks real to me, but I am not a pro.

I was looking for a 21700 model here 淘宝网 - 淘!我喜欢

checked the link, that one seems like the real Lumintop store at Aliexpress.

looks real to me!

all my authentic flashlights are from that store. I am assuming that this is the real store.
