I have changed user names lots of times in the past 14 years. Other peoples, not mine. Because they were inappropriate. On an eastern hemisphere based international computer security product forum.
My nick is the same in several fora, and I have not had the desire to change it.
There is a website for a non-profit advocacy entity where I use my real name when I post reader comments.
What I would change my username to right now is easy: x-raccoon city.
In the last week I have had to "relocate" 5 of those nasty bandits because of them destroying all of our eggs as soon as they were laid. Someone told me I had a raccoon city here. So I said no he's a BLF member and he is not from around here. I got a strange look because they didn't have a clue about the REAL raccoon city here.
BTW - the eggs are painted turtle eggs buried in the ground. 5 or 6 nest have been destroyed this year already.
Itās just a username, not something very importantā¦ā¦
mine is a nickname I got from an ex long time ago, it just kind of stuck and Iāve been using it on the internet for some time now.
Maybe some day Iāll get a great brain-fart and find something brilliant to change it into but until that moment this one can stay. The first forum Iāve ever became a member I used my real first name, itās a Dutch name so most couldnāt make anything from it and some where disappointed to learn it was just my real first name.
lol, damn. I knew it. So, I am pretty sure (but not positive because I honestly cannot remember), but I think when I signed up I did try to capitalize the T so it was more obvious, but I couldn't. Maybe I should ask sbt90.2, see what they say
