My Armytek Prime C2 pro flashlight broke, should I buy a new one?
Or should I buy a Fenix E28R flashlight instead?
Is the Fenix E28R better than the Armytek Prime C2 pro?

Did you buy direct from Armytek or through a retailer/dealer? If the latter, I’d contact them for warranty support. If direct from Armytek you’re probably SOL despite the supposed “10-year warranty”.
The E28R isn’t really appealing to me like most recent Fenix flashlights: Lowest mode far too bright, cool white (with greenish tint) only, somewhat weird UI that is considerably different from most other side switch lights popular here.
Personally I’d suggest looking at Acebeam (TK18, EC35 Gen II, T36 is bigger but great) and Zebralight (SC64 and SC600 most like your Prime, but they’re all very good). Killzone Flashlights has limited-run versions of the EC35 and T36 with warmer temp LEDs. Skilhunt M200 is another solid option, but they don’t yet have the same reputation for dependability that Zebralight and Acebeam do.
